Preparation
Confirm the data sharing, specify your model, and upload the original dump.
What data is stored?
- The scooter's full serial number (needed for the encrypted BLE session).
- Registers 0xDA, 0xE4 and 0xCA, plus the raw protocol of the read operations.
- Your uploaded dump file and the x3utils JSON files, including keys.
- Your Discord ID, so the dump can be matched to you.
Everything goes into the private Vexora archive and is only visible to the team. Nothing is published.

Easiest is the personal BLE link from Discord. Then your account is picked up automatically.
Only needed if you opened this page without a Discord link.

Original dump
Raw backup as .bin or .dump. No ZIP, no OTA file, don't rename anything.

Bluetooth
Connect the scooter to your browser. Nothing is written.
Check before you start
- Turn on the scooter and keep it awake.
- Disconnect SHU or the Segway app and close it in the background. Otherwise the BLE channel is occupied.
- Have this page open in Chrome or Edge, not in the Discord in-app browser.

Read
Three registers are read. Nothing more.

Reading
Manual fallback — only without a scooter or without Web Bluetooth
Only use this if the scooter is no longer available, Web Bluetooth is unavailable, or pairing doesn't work. If you have the scooter, please read it via BLE above first.

Sidecars
Choose your x3utils JSON files. They are read locally in the browser.
JSON files
Looking for uid, key, rand, xtea and the protection status. These values are merged with the serial number read over BLE.

Review and send
Dump, BLE report, and sidecars go into the private Dump Vault together.
